Discover the perfect blend of energizing flow and deep relaxation in our Yang-Yin Yoga class! This unique style combines Yang, an active and dynamic flow to build strength and stamina, with Yin, a meditative, slow-paced practice that enhances flexibility and deeply relaxes the muscles and connective tissues. ✨ Benefits of Yang-Yin Yoga: Balance: Strengthens muscles and improves circulation, then transitions to calming postures to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Flexibility: Yin postures are held for several minutes to release tension and open up the body's energy channels. Mindfulness: The class finishes with Yin poses, allowing for deep focus, mindfulness, and a grounded state.
